Alhamdullillah and congrats to Suhailah and Rizal for the arrival of their twins Nurul Izzati (2.1kg) and Muhammad Izzat (2.9 kg).

Recovering

Alhamdullillah....me and family recovering from fever and cough..even baby Hilman. My hubby still with his incessant coughing. Both of us took leave from work last week as Raiyan was running a high fever...followed by me and hubby. Luckily Zaidi did not catch the bug and he had been a massive help around the house too. Thanks darlings!

The week before, my elder sis had a severe asthma attack and was admitted to ICU. Alhamdullillah she was discharged yesterday but still recovering. Her breathing is still heavy and she feels tired easily. Thank you to all who have prayed for her recovery. The family appreciates it very much. Hope she gets well soon.

Celebrated Maulidur Rasul at Al Iman with my beloved cuzzies and auntie. It was my first...and it was so heart wrenching and awakening!... Syukurrrr!

KL ...here we come again!

It has been a LONGGGGGGGG time since we had a KL trip. This will be Hilman's first away trip with his family.

So exciting!

As usual I am the self-declared 'packer'. Got a spreadsheet ready of all items to be packed for 5 of us. Made some last minute purchases for necessities and got our service apt bookings confirmed at SERI CEMPAKA APTs.

Driving up on Sat morning with my parents and niece and nephews in my car and my sis and her 6 kids in another car.

The wedding of my niece will be on Sunday. Monday morning, going up Genting for lunch or so..then make our way back to Singapore.

May Allah protect us always. Amin.

Spelling

Raiyans first spelling word - KITCHEN....

I made up a catchy tune to spell the word and until the next spelling word ...ANGRY....Raiyan was still spelling KITCHEN....

And when I saw his spelling test paper ...the word ANGRY was nicely written...but with this remark from the teacher "DO NOT ASK YOUR FRIEND TO WRITE FOR YOU"

Today he will be taking the spelling test for the 3rd word ....DANCING.....so far so good when revised with him....

I guess I will have to wait on the outcome later tonight...

Praise to Allah

Whatever mission you have in life, aspirations...wants...needs... for yourself - family or the benefit of others around you...work to achieve them in the name of ALLAH s.w.t. Do them the islamic way. Islam is beautiful...it is a way of life. Islam has teachings that encompasses all aspects of life, marriage, family, studies, business, politics...etc.

So in whatever you do...start with Bismillillahirrahmanirrahim...may we are get the guidance we need in whatever we do.
