Ok ok...it is finally over.....


After the discovery for the meaning of 1 stick of butter....and discussions with frens...decided to do up another batch of all the dry ingredients to add to the existing batter which already has an extra '1 stick of butter'.

Added all...nicely done..and baked...still gut feeling something not complete...looked over the recipe again...and hmmm 1 item not added...the 2 eggs!!!

ok...now me, an amateur baker, thinks...how to add the eggs at this stage...since the recipe states to beat the eggs with the butter????

so went to office again..discuss,...discuss...discuss...got some encouragement to just add the eggs...

so I did...and baked...still flat...but not as bad..the taste was alright...my elder son liked it...my MIL like it...brought some to iftar at my parents place...the taste was alright...ahhhhhhhhhhh

will try again to perfect the 'process' !
